Smooth'in with my smoothie
Still joyfully continuing my journey of healthy eating and exercise. Smoothies are one of my favorite treats!!! Spoiled myself with a Blueberry-Mango Smoothie for breakfast.
Ingredients
* 1 cup frozen blueberries
* 1 cup frozen mango chunks
* (Optional) frozen banana
* 1/2 cup of almond milk, water, or your favorite juice.
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. If smoothie is too thick add a little more almond milk, water, or juice. Serve.
Mmmmmmm.......Life is good!
